Extreme Alpaca Socks

Children's Extreme Alpaca Socks

Our Grandson, Ryan, was visiting us in the Spring of 2009 and we had a snow storm. His Grandmother just could not resist having him moldel the “Childrens’ Extreme Alpaca Socks,” just like his Grandfather. You could say that the apple does not fall far from the tree. Our cat Irene even got into the picture.

While Ryan and his brother, Adam, were here they wore the socks while they were sledding. These are great socks for children who sled, ski or just are outside in the winter.

Also, the socks can be machine washed in cold water with like colors and tumble dry low.

This sock has 2% elastic, so it will stretch.

Extreme Alpaca Socks

The Extreme Alpaca Sock is made by the Alpaca Fiber Co-op of North America. The alpaca fiber in the socks comes from alpaca farms in the US. The fiber is graded, processed, and spun into yarn in the US and then sent to a mill in Pennsylvania to be knitted into socks.

The socks have a cushy softness that will keep your toes warm during the coldest winter weather or you can also wear the thick terry knit socks as slippers in the house. They are great to wear outside if you are a hiker, hunter or wearing work boots. The beauty of the socks is that they can be machine washed in cold water and tumble dried on low.

Check out the picture of my good husband who is reading the Alpacas Magazine and modeling the Extreme Alpaca Socks. The day this picture was taken, it was 5 degrees with 2 feet of snow and his feet were toasty warm.
